Physiological systems maintain homeostasis by the integration of wide ranges of endogenous and exogenous signals. The physiological set-points and the degree of the integration of input signals are possible to express as variability, entropy and predictability.
As a physiologist, I'm interested in the integration of time by the cardiovascular system. For this purpose, I'm collecting physiological data by telemetry in vivo. In collaboration with mathematicians, I'm doing in silicoem> experiments (modeling) for a better understanding of in vivoem> data.
