Physiological systems maintain homeostasis by the integration of wide ranges of endogenous and exogenous signals. The physiological set-points and the degree of integrating input signals are possible to express as variability, entropy and predictability.

As a physiologist, I'm interested in the integration of time by the cardiovascular system. For this purpose, I'm collecting physiological data by telemetry in vivo. In collaboration with mathematicians, I'm doing in silico experiments (modelling) to better understand in vivo data.
